立式硬支承动平衡机微机化测量系统的研究

【摘要】 本文论述了一种以工控机为主机的微机化通用立式硬支承动平衡机测量系统的实现方法。系统采用了先进的硬软件结合技术 ,努力实现大批量、高精度、易操作和低成本的总体目标。系统可以根据不同用户的要求 ,选择合适的支承、显示、校正、补偿方式以及自动标定和留言服务功能等。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a computer-based micro-computerized measuring system for different types of vertical hard bearing dynamic balancing machines. By using advanced technology both in hardware and software of the nineties, this system aims to reach the general goal of great mass, high precision, easy-to-operate and low cost. In order to meet the needs of different users, this system is designed to be applicable under different supporting, displaying and compensating modes. Also, this system features averaging over tune and runs, redistribution of correction data between multi-planes, data/screen printing, automatic calibration and message to next operator service.
