利用石英砂制备矿物聚合材料的实验研究

【摘要】 矿物聚合材料是以铝硅酸盐矿物或工业固体废物为主要原料制备而成的一类新型无机非金属材料。实验对利用石英砂、高岭土、氢氧化钠和水玻璃制备矿物聚合材料进行探索性研究,对影响材料力学性能的主要因素进行分析。测试结果表明,矿物聚合材料基体相的莫氏硬度为3.40～3.50、耐酸性为92.1%～93.1%、耐碱性为99.9%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mineral polymer material is a new type inorganic non-metallic material that taking aluminosili-cate min eral or industrial solid wastes as main raw material.Exploratory study has been made on preparation of min eral polymer material using quartz sand,kaolin clay,sodium hydroxide and water glass in the experiments,and analyzed main factors that affect its mechanical property.The test result shows that Mohs’ hardness of ma -trix phase of mineral polymer material is3.40～3.50,acid resistance is92.1%～93.1%and alkali resistance is99.9%.更多还原
