【摘要】 针对某厂产品在加工过程中螺纹部分出现裂纹的现象 ,从原材料到热处理工艺及加工工艺过程进行全面分析 ,指出产生裂纹原因 ,找到消除加工裂纹的正反赶刀车削法 ,并得出了一套适合该产品的工艺参数 ,解决了裂纹问题更多还原

【Abstract】 The cause of the crack in the thread part of the product during lathing,is analysed from raw to heat treatment and finally manufacture,the cause of the crack is pointed out,and a way of lathing was found to alleviate the crack offset cutter method,through research and many machining tests,a series of craft parameter suitable for the product is confirmed,the problem of crack had been solved effectively更多还原
