企业信息化中的人力资源管理系统
Human resource management system of informationlization
【摘要】 提出现代人力资源管理的基本概念 ,在此基础上建立人力资源管理信息系统的总体构架 ,着重论述系统开发中的关键问题 ,讨论企业人力资源管理系统的建设。
【Abstract】 The basic concept of modern human resource management is explored.Then the framework of HRMIS set up and some key problems of the development are detailed.Finally the construction of HRMIS in the enterprise is discussed.
