双层梯度铝合金圆锭自由压制过程的几何解析
Study on the geometry illation of the deformation process of two-layer aluminum alloy ingot by free-compression
【摘要】 采用几何方法分析理想状态下 2 0 2 4/30 0 3双层梯度铝合金圆锭自由压制变形过程 ,总结出材料废料率和理想板宽同压制比、内、外合金分界圆半径的关系。实验结果与几何解析结果对比是比较吻合的。
【Abstract】 The deformation process of 2024/3003 two-layered gradient ingot was analyzed by geometry method.The relations between the unqualified materials ratio or ideal board width and press ratio or dividing circle radius were summarized.Experimental and calculated results were compared.Results showed that the calculated results are in good agreement with those of experimental.
