用水蒸气作冷却润滑剂的切削试验研究

【摘要】 研制水蒸气发生器 ,并用水蒸气作为冷却润滑剂进行切削试验时发现 ,切削力可比干切减少 10 %左右 ,比用乳化液减少 6%左右 ,并初步分析水蒸气作冷却润滑剂的作用机理

【Abstract】 In view of the fact that water vapor doesn’t cause pollution,cutting tests were carried out with water vapor as cooling lubricant,which came from a generator developed by the author.The results show that cutting force with water vapor has reduced by 10 percent in comparison with that without any cooling lubricant,and by 6 percent in comparison with that with emulsion.In this paper,the cooling and lubricating mechanism of water vapor is analyzed.
