心肌梗死患者血浆内中分子物质对大鼠心脏功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血浆内中分子物质(middle molecular substances,MMS)对大鼠心脏功能的影响。方法:应用凝胶层析法分离出AMI患者血浆内的MMS,经尾静脉将其注入大鼠体内。实验用左心室插管术,采集信号经换能器数字化后输入微机,应用CARDIO软件分析MMS对心脏功能的影响。结果:AMI患者MMS可使心肌舒缩能力减弱,心室内压峰值(peak value)下降,室内压达峰值时间(peak time)推迟,室内压最大上升速率(dp/dtmax)减小,室内压下降最大速率(-dp/dtmax)变慢,室内压下降最大速率所在时间(-dp/dtmaxtime)延长(P<0.05~<0.01),上述变化在注射MMS 1分钟后即开始出现,6分钟作用最明显,持续12分钟左右才恢复。结论:AMI患者的MMS对大鼠心脏功能具有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of plasma middle molecular substances (MMS) of patient with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) on cardiac function of rat. Methods: MMS of AMI patient was were separated from the plasma of AMI patient by gel chromatography, then injected into tail vein of rat to study it’s effect on cardiac function. In experiment intubation’s tube was placed in left ventricle of rat. The signal was collected, digitized and transferred into a microcomputer and analyzed with CARDIO software. Results: The intra-ventricular pressure peak value was lowered (P<0. 01), the peak time was delayed (P<0. 05), both the dp/dtmaxand the - dp/dtmax, of intra- ventricular pressure were reduced (P<0. 01 all) and the time of dp/dtmax-dp/dtmax were postponed (P<0. 05). Conclusion: MMS of AMI patient can inhibit cardiac function of rat.
