纤维素酶对漂白麦草浆滤水性能的影响

【摘要】 纤维素酶能够明显改善漂白麦草浆滤水性能,其作用机理和一般化学助剂不同,酶处理后的浆料有较好的抄造性能、纸张有较好的匀度。纤维素酶的作用效果主要取决于浆料的pH值、浆料温度,而且这种作用主要发生在酶处理开始后约30 min,其间浆料的得率损失约为0.4%。漂白麦草浆经过纤维素酶适当处理后,纸张的物理强度性能没有明显的变化。

【Abstract】 Cellulase can apparently improve the drainage of bleached wheat pulp, the mechanism of this action is different from that of conventional chemical agent. Wheat pulp treated by cellulase has better papermaking properties and batter paper formation. Cellulase treating action is mainly determined by the pulp抯 pH, temperature. The improvement of pulp drainage mostly happened at the beginning 30 minutes of the enzyme treatment, during this time a small yield reduction within 0.4% appears. Handsheets treated by cellulase show that there are insignificant losses in physical strength properties compared with the control.
