【摘要】 桂西北地区是我国西部重点脆弱生态区之一。目前,其耕地资源数量、质量不断下降,人口-耕地-粮食之间的予盾日益突出。以环江县为例,分析了50年来环江县粮食供需态势、耕地资源动态以及两者之间的相关关系,提出了实现粮食安全的主要途径。研究表明,耕地资源数量和质量的变化对粮食生产构成持久的约束作用。为了实现粮食安全,根本在于立足保护;加强农业生态环境保护,发展地方特色高效生态农业;建立退耕还林与粮食安全协调机制;建立全民耕地和粮食安全意识,开展耕地可持续利用等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Northwest Guangxi is one of the regions with weak ecosystem environment in China.At present,induced by the cultivated land resources decrease and degradation,there exist severe conflicts among population,cultivated land and grain supply.The main concerns of this paper are devoted to the situations of grain supply-demand,land resource change and their relation,and offers some measures on the grain security.It is concluded that the quantity and quality of land resources have much to do with the grain productivity in any time.We can meet the grain security through grain importing,but the fundamental methods to solve these problems,however,are like these following countermeasures being suggested by authors:1)More attention should be paid to strengthening agro-environment protection and developing high efficiency zoology agriculture of district-characteristic;2)Set up mechanism about assorting sending cultivated land back to woods-land with grain-security;3)Strengthen the sustainable land-use education to enhance the awareness of land security of the entire people.更多还原
