【摘要】 由于石油行业投资具有高风险、高投入等特点,石油公司投资方向的选择应该被提到公司的战略地位。中国石油作为国内最大的国有控股企业,作为在石油勘探和生产领域占据主导地位的国内最大的石油公司,其投资方向选择的正确与否对我国国民经济的发展具有重大意义。本文分析了中国石油投资力量的分配情况,指出了公司投资中存在的问题,通过对公司投资优势和劣势的分析,提出了公司投资方向应该以上游业务为投资重点、加快下游炼化结构调整、加大市场开拓力度、以天然气发展作为新的经济增长点、加大国际投资和科技投资力度等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The oil industry is characterized with high risk and high input.For the oil company,the choice of investment orientation should be put to the strategic position.The validity of investment decision of Petro China is very important to the national economy of China.This paper analyses the investment allocation of Petro China and points out the existing problem.By studying the strengths and weaknesses of Petro China’s investment,the authors put forward some suggestions that Petro China should focus their investment orientation on the upstream enterprises,taking natural gas business as the new economic growth point and laying more strength on international investment and technology investment.更多还原
