基于模糊关系的人力资源管理工作分配算法
Algorithm for Job Assignment in Human Resources Management Based on Fuzzy Relation
【摘要】 工作分配是人力资源管理的一项重要职能,经典的工作分配算法建立在考核明确和任务性质相同的基础上,正因为如此所以限制了其实际工作中的应用。基于模糊关系的工作分配算法对经典的工作分配算法进行了扩展,通过建立工作满意程度的模糊集和员工个体能力矩阵,应用匈牙利法求解工作分配方案。
【Abstract】 Job assignment is an important function in human resource management.The traditional algorithm for job assignment depends on accurate test data and same quality in tasks,which restricts its application into practice.It expands the traditional algorithm for job assignment based on fuzzy relation job assignment algorithm,by building the fuzzy sets for degree of job satisfaction and individual capability matrix,and applying Hungarian Algorithm to obtain job assignment result.
