【Abstract】 The General Agreement on Trade in Services and the Agreement on Financial Services of WTO point out the differences between the business service and the government service.The code of government economic behavior should abide by the fundamental principles of GATS.After entry into WTO,under the trend of financial globalization,it’s imperative to speed up the transformation of government functions,among which laying down civil rules that accord with the principle of GATS,strengthening supervision,and maintaining market order are most important.更多还原
