中间合金-真空蒸馏法制备高纯金属镝工艺研究
Study on Preparing Process of High Purity Dysprosium Metal by the Method ofIntermediate Alloy - Vacuum Distillation
【摘要】 采用中间合金-真空蒸馏工艺制备了高纯金属镝,考察了原辅材料纯度对高纯镝中主要非稀土杂质含量的影响,讨论了真空蒸馏法对杂质的去除效果,制得的高纯镝中主要非稀土金属杂质总和为70.5μg/g,C、N、O含量分别为32μg/g、2μg/g、50μg/g。
【Abstract】 The method of intermediate alloy-vacuum distil lation for preparing high-purity dysprosium metal has been studied The influences of raw material purity and impurity removal by vacuum distillation were discussed.The total content of main non-RE metal impurities in the high-purified dysprosium metal prepared is only 705μg/g,and the content of C,N and O is 32μg/g,2μg/g and 50μg/g,respectively.
