【Abstract】 On the background of research about incoorperative radar system based on digital television broadcasting, a new method is proposed in this paper to resolve the question of enormous data processing in moving target detection, which is based on multirate signal processing. A mathematical model of DTV broadcasting signal has been set up before reviewing theories of multistage decimation and stating the algorithm of moving target detection. At last an analysis on results of simulation is available, which shows the efficiency of the algorithm in reducing data scale and increasing SNR.更多还原
