基于最小二乘滤波起始的机动目标被动跟踪方法
Bearings-Only Tracking of a Maneuvering Target by Combining IMM with Filter Initialization Based on the Least Square Rule
【摘要】 针对仅有量测角的机动目标跟踪给出了基于最小二乘法的滤波器起始方法。该方法减少了伪量测估计方法的估计偏差,同时克服了基于最大似然估计算法计算复杂和容易陷入局部极值点的不足。该起始算法与交互式多模型(IMM)算法相结合实现了对机动目标的被动跟踪。计算机仿真验证了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In maneuvering target tracking with noised bearings-only measurements, the filter initialization is not satisfactory because the maximum likelihood estimation, as a prominent method, needs huge computation resources, while the local maximum points can not be avoided due to the rough initial value for parameter optimization. In this paper, we propose a new filter initialization method based on the linear least square rule so as to avoid the above shortcomings. In computer simulation to track a maneuvering target, our algorithm combining such a method with interacting multiple models is very effective.
