公共物流中心扩建规模优化模型研究
An Optimization Model of fhe Expanded Public Logistics Centers
【摘要】 同时考虑物流规划部门及客户的利益,采用双层规划模型来描述物流中心扩建规模优化问题。上层规划从决策者的角度出发,使系统总费用最少;下层规划描述用户对物流中心的选择行为,在用户费用最少的情况下,向各个物流中心分配需求,以使扩建后的物流中心的能力得到最大程度的利用。并应用灵敏度分析方法进行了求解。最后用一简单算例验证了模型及求解方法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 With the benefits of both customers and logistics planners taken into consideration, a two-level programming model is proposed to describe the optimization for the expansion of logistics centers. The upper level is to minimize the system’s total cost from the point of decision makers, the lower level describes the customer s choice behavior. The customers’ demands are distributed at the minimum customer’s cost so as to make best use of the capacity of new logistics centers. Sensitivity analysis method is applied to solve the model. At last, the application of the model and its algorithm are illustrated with a simple example.
