稀土元素对亚微米细晶BaTiO3系统介电性能的影响
Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Properties of Sub-Micron Fine-Grain BaTiO3 System
【摘要】 研究了稀土改性添加剂La2O3及Pr6O11对亚微米级细晶BaTiO3系统介电性能的影响,此种添加剂在系统中的改性作用可产生化学非均匀性的壳 芯结构和化学均匀性系统两种情况,并且可以起到抑制晶粒生长、展宽居里峰以及改善介电性能的作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of dielectric properties on sub-micron fine-grain BaTiO3 with introduction of rare-earth element La2O3 and Pr6O11 was studied. These kinds of additives can lead to two actions including chemical heterogeneous core-shell structure and homogeneous structure, which can restrain the over-grown of grain anomaly, broaden Curie peak and improve the dielectric properties.
