SiC陶瓷与金属Ta连接的残余应力
Calculation of Welding Residual Stress between SiC Ceramic and Ta
【摘要】 碳化硅陶瓷与金属的焊接结构应用于一些高技术领域,而金属钽常被作为实现与其他金属焊接的过渡材料。焊接残余应力降低连接强度和结构的稳定性。采用弹性有限元方法计算了SiC Ta连接试样的残余应力,并采用四点弯曲试验检验了计算结果。
【Abstract】 The welding structures of SiC and metals was applied to some high-technology fields and Tais often as a transitional material in the welding process. The welding residual stress decreases the strength and stability of the SiC-metal joining structure. The residual stress was calculated by use of the finite element and the outcome data was tested by the 4-point bending experiments.
