影响CeO2纳米粉体尺寸的液相反应因素研究
Dimensional Factors of Nano-Powder CeO2 in Liquid Reaction Process
【摘要】 较为系统地论述了沉淀法制备高纯度CeO2纳米粉体过程中影响颗粒团聚的液相工艺参数。实验结果表明,在如下液相反应条件下制备得到的纳米CeO2平均尺寸小于10nm;Ce(NO3)4溶液浓度为0.13~0.18mol·L-1,NH3·H2O浓度为6.8mol·L-1,反应温度15~30℃,∶VNH3·H2O=1.5∶20~2.5∶20,分散剂选用乙醇+异丙醇。VCe(NO3)4
【Abstract】 In the precipitation process of highly purity nano-powder CeO2′s preparation, each process parameter, which influences particles′ coagulation, was disserted systematically. The average size of nano-powder CeO2 that has been testified is less than 10 nm with method of liquid preparation in following parameters: : 0.13~0.18 mol·L-1, : 6.8 mol·L-1, temperature of desipitation: 15~30 ℃, VCe(NO3)4∶VNH3·H2O=1.5∶20~2.5∶20, dispersing agent: alcohol and isopropanol.
