聚乙烯醇磷酸酯缩丁醛的制备及对稀土离子的吸附性能研究

【摘要】 报道了聚乙烯醇磷酸酯缩丁醛(P PVB)的制备方法,考察了它对稀土离子Y3+,La3+,Eu3+的吸附性能。探讨了体系pH值,温度,吸附时间等因素对吸附性能的影响。发现P PVB对稀土离子的吸附性能强,25℃时Y3+,La3+,Eu3+的静态饱和吸附容量分别为88.52,134 88,165.30mg·g-1,另外它还具有重复使用性,有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol phosphate ester(P-PVB) was prepared. Phosphoric acid was first utilized for the esterification of PVA, the product subsequently was cross-linked with butyraldehyde. Adsorption capacity of Y3+, La3+, and Eu3+ ions on P-PVB was investigated. The effect of pH value, temperature and time on adsorption capacity was also studied. It′s found that adsorption capacity of rare earth metal ions on P-PVB is good, the statically saturated adsorbing capacity of Y3+, La3+, and Eu3+ ions at 25 ℃ reaches 88.52, 134.88, 165.30 mg·g-1, and it can be reused for six times with high adsorption capacity.
