【摘要】 在冶金物理化学平衡实验的基础上研究得到了铈分别与铜、磷、钛在铁基溶液中的相互作用规律。通过金相、电子探针分析了晶粒度及夹杂物,并通过盐雾、恒温恒湿室内加速腐蚀试验,锈层逐层剥离X射线分析等手段研究和分析了稀土在Cu P系耐候钢中的作用机制。

【Abstract】 The thermodynamics of Fe-Cu-Ce, Fe-P-Ce and Fe-Ti-Ce system were studied. The corrosion-resisting property of this steel was studied by accelerate corrosion at laboratory. The rust structure, its composition and distribution of phases were examined. The microstructure, size of crystal grains and the shape of inclusions in this steel were investigated by different experimental methods. The mechanism of corrosion resisting of this steel was discussed.
