铬酸镧材料的微结构研究
Microstructure of Lanthanum Chromates
【摘要】 用高分辨电子显微镜对铬酸镧的晶体结构及晶界、位错等晶体缺陷进行了观察与分析。高分辨电镜的观察发现了铬酸镧晶体中存在结构调幅,并构建了长程有序结构的模型。对观察到的铬酸镧倾斜晶界进行了分析。电子衍射的结果表铬酸镧在室温上为正交晶系,并发现晶体中存在畴结构。
【Abstract】 The crystal structure and some defects such as tilt boundary and dislocation of lanthanum chromates were investigated by highresolution microscopy (HERM). The results show there is structure modulation in lanthanum chromates and the model of long-range order structure is built up. The analysis of tilt boundary observed in lanthanum chromates was made. The results of electron diffraction show that lanthanum chromates is of orthorhombic structure at room temperature and there is domain stucture in lanthanum chromates.
