低浓度NdCl3提高家兔小肠线粒体膜的流动性
Improvement of Membrane Fluidity of Mitochondria from Intestinum Tenue of Rabbit by Lower Concentration NdCl3
【摘要】 低浓度的NdCl3(0.1~0.6μmol·L-1)对兔小肠收缩具有明显促进作用,当NdCl3浓度高于1.2μmol·L-1时,则产生抑制作用。用两种荧光探剂ANS和DPH标记线粒体,测定线粒体膜流动性,发现在促进小肠收缩的浓度范围内,NdCl3均可提高线粒体膜的流动性,此结果与NdCl3对ATPase活性影响测定结果相符。进一步还证明0.3μmol·L-1NdCl3降低了组织中MDA的水平,表明NdCl3对线粒体膜有一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Lower concentration of NdCl3 (0.1~0.6 μmol·L-1)distinctly increases the contraction of intestinum tenue of rabbit. The NdCl3 with concentration more than 12 μmol·L-1 brings restrained effect. To determine the fluidity of mitochondria membrane from intestinum tenue of rabbit the methods of fluorescence probe ANS and DPH were employed. It was found that the concentration of NdCl3 increases mitochondria membrane fluidity is almost as same the concentration that promotes the contraction of intestinum tenue. The activities of ATPase promote the contraction of intestinum tenue. The activities of ATPase are stimulated by lower concentration of NdCl3. The level of MDA in the tissue are reduced by 0.3 μmol·L-1 NdCl3 treatment. It was suggested that NdCl3 has a protective effect on mitochondria membrane.
