M Mo VPAs杂多化合物膜对环己烷催化氧化脱氢反应的研究
On oxydehydrogenation of cyclohexane over MMoVPAs heteropoly compound membrane
【摘要】 用组合法合成HXKzM0 .76Mo11VPAs0 .68Oy 系列杂多化合物 ,以浸渍法负载于多孔钛片上制成催化剂膜 ,在自制膜式反应釜中对环己烷进行催化脱氢生成苯的反应 ,探讨了Fe3+,Bi3+,K+的加入对催化剂催化脱氢反应性能的影响。结果表明 :Fe3+,Bi3+,K+的加入都能很好的提高催化剂的催化脱氢反应性能。特别是铋离子的加入 ,能大大的提高环己烷的催化脱氢生成苯的效果。组成为HXK0 .37Bi0 .76PVAs0 .68Mo11Oy 的杂多化合物膜催化剂对环己烷的催化氧化脱氢反应有着良好的催化活性。在适宜的条件下 ,环己烷的催化氧化脱氢最高收率可以达到 2 5 .8%。
【Abstract】 A series of HxKaM0.76Mo11PVAs0.68Oy heteropoly compound catalytic membranes supported over porous titanium plate were prepared by impregnation. The catalytic oxydehydrogenation of cyclohexane was carried out in a self-made membrane reactor. The effects of the temperature and the proportion of N 2 and O 2 were studied. The result showed that the addition of Fe3+, Bi3+, K+ is very useful for increasing the catalytic activity, especially the H xK 0.37Bi 0.76Mo 11VPAs 0.68O y catalyst has the highest activity at 300℃ and VN 2:VO 2=3:2. The product rate of the catalytic oxydehydrogenation of cyclohexane reaches 25.8%.
