变频驱动油田往复式注水泵站最小轴功率优化控制

【摘要】 利用最优化原理与方法结合变频调速技术实现注水泵站效率优化控制 ,以满足油田生产节能降耗的需要 .在详细分析往复式柱塞泵性能和注水管网特性的基础上 ,建立了注水管网数学模型 ,提出了往复式注水泵站最小轴功率效率优化问题模型 .利用枚举法和 Wolfe简约梯度法对效率优化模型进行了求解 ,得到理想的开泵组合 w和调速比 k .MATLAB实验仿真证明了该方法的有效性 .新优化控制策略已在某注水泵站投入使用 .与常用的变频驱动恒压注水泵站相比 ,节电率可提高 1 2 %以上 .

【Abstract】 The optimization theory and method combined with variable frequency speed regulation technology is applied in this paper to realize efficiency optimization in water injection pumping stations. Based on detailed analysis of the performance of reciprocating pump and the characteristics of the pipe networks, this paper proposed a model of water injection pipe networks and an optimization model of shaft horsepower minimization for water injection pump stations. To obtain the ideal running combination value w and the regulation rate $k$, enumeration and Reduced Gradient Method (RGM) are used to solve the model. Simulation results by Matlab have proved its validity. This novel strategy has been put into practice in some water injection pumping station. Compared with the normal variable-frequency constant-pressure water injection pumping stations, the energy saving rate is higher than 12%.
