煤质活性焦表面性质对其脱硫性能的影响

【摘要】 在流化床上制备脱硫用活性焦,并使用XPS等分析手段考察了不同煤种及炭化条件下制得的活性焦表面性质对其脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明:彬县煤活性焦的脱硫性能最好,大同煤次之,晋城煤脱硫性能最差;活性焦碱性越大,其脱硫效果越好。在水蒸汽与氧气共存的情况下,活性焦碳平面层上的离城π电子(Cπ)是其脱除烟气中SO2的主要碱性活性位。经过风化后的彬县煤由于其塑性丧失及氧含量增加,由其制得的活性焦脱硫性能受炭化强度的影响很小。图3,表7,参14。

【Abstract】 The effect of the surface properties of activated coke prepared from coal on a batch fluidized bed on its desulfurization capability was studied in detail. The experimental results show that in the case of the desulfu-rization capability, the sequence is the activated coke from Binxian coal > the coke from Datong coal > the coke from Jincheng coal. The desulfurization capability of activated coke increases with the increase of its surface basicity. The basic sites on the surface of activated coke for de-SO2 in the presence of water vapor and oxygen is main due to the existing of the delocalized π-electron. The carbonization intensity has a little effect on the desulfurization capability of the activated coke derive from Binxian coal because that the coal used is oxidized during natural weathering. 3figs. ,7tabs. ,14refs.
