论企业管理中的“自由”与“约束”
Freedom and Constrainer in Business Administration
【摘要】 在企业管理过程中,一方面给员工创造良好的“自由”环境,使企业员工能自由沟通,发挥个性,从而激励企业员工自主创新,在企业中实践自我的人生价值;另一方面,强化企业内部的“约束”建设,形成严谨有序的制度体系,依法治理企业,使企业在正常的轨道上运行。正确认识“自由”环境与“约束”体系的关系,建立相应的管理框架,使两者达到完美的融合状态。这种关系是企业管理中重要的一环,有利于企业快速、健康地发展。
【Abstract】 In the management of an enterprise,we should on the one hand establish free environment to bringabout free interview among people in enterprise and spring their personlities,and on the other hand,we should buildconstrainer system and form serious rules and regulations to encourage people to work hard,and make it go on regularorbits.Treat the relationship of freedom and constrainer rightly,establish an order management frame,and make theyconverge each other in perfect situation.This relationship is important and can promote the enterprise’s progressquickly and healthily.
