钢铁企业分时段多品种高炉生产计划问题研究

【摘要】 建立一个钢铁企业的分时段多品种高炉生产计划线性规划模型.与其它模型相比,该模型具有以下新特点:(1)考虑了高炉生产的多品种因素;(2)分时间段;(3)面向供应链,集成采购与库存;(4)引入喷煤量极限理论与最低碳比理论,加入了相应的约束;(5)考虑了配料对高炉产量的影响.模型求解结果为经济最优(利润最大)物料配比.最后给出了一个应用实例.

【Abstract】 The blast furnace production planning problem is formulated as a linear programming model. The proposed model is different from those in the open literatures in the following five aspects. (1) Varieties of products are considered. (2) Multiple time periods are adopted. (3) Purchasing and inventory strategies are integrated into the model to satisfy requirements of supply chain management. (4) Considering the theory of the limit of pulverizing coke injection and the theory of minimal coke ratio, the corresponding constraints are formulated. (5) The influence of materials blending on the blast furnace production rate is considered. The solution to the model indicates a most economical (maximal profit) selection of input materials in blast furnace production. Finally, an application example is taken to illustrate the model. 
