径向轴承非Newton流体润滑的研究方法及其数值仿真
A Method and Numerical Simulated Study on the Non-Newtonian Lubrication for Journal Bearing
【摘要】 以幂率流体为例,介绍了一种求解径向轴承非Newton润滑的方法。该方法通过定义两个当量粘度将非Newton模型的Reynolds方程与熟知的Newton流体的Reynolds方程在形式上统一起来,避免了对不同的非Newton模型需要推导不同的Reynolds方程。并对幂率指数对轴承润滑性能的影响进行了数值仿真,发现在不考虑温度变化时,幂率指数的改变并不改变油膜厚度,对油膜压力的影响也很小。但是在考虑三维温度时,油膜厚度、压力和温度都随着幂率指数的改变发生很大的变化。
【Abstract】 Taking power law fluid as an example, a method of solving the non-Newtonian lubrication in journal bearing is introduced. By using this method, the Reynolds equations of Newton fluid and non-Newtonian fluid are unified by defining two equivalent viscosities, avoiding to deduct different Reynolds equations for different type non-Newtonian fluids. Furthermore, the effects of the power law index on the lubrication performances are analyzed by numerical simulation. It is found that the power law index has no effect on the film thickness and has slight effect on the film pressure when the temperature change in the oil film is not considered, but it significantly affects the film thickness, pressure and temperature when the three dimensional temperature in the oil film is considered.
