【摘要】 目的:对2型糖尿病（DM）患者血浆中血栓分子标志物进行检测,并探讨其临床意义。方法:用ELISA法测定DM病人及正常对照组血浆vWF、6-K-PGFIα、TXB₂、DH-TXB₂、P-选择素、D-二聚体（D-D）、t-PA的水平。结果:DM病人的vWF、TXB₂、DH-TXB₂、P-选择素、D-D水平较正常对照组高,而6-K-PGFIα、t-PA较正常对照组低,其中有并发症组的全部指标及无并发症组的vWF,P-选择素、t-PA有非常显著意义（P值均<0.01）,DH-TXB₂、D-D有显著意义（P值均<0.05）,6-K-PGFIα、TXB₂无统计学差异（P值均>0.05）。DM有并发症组与无并发症组两两比较,全部指标均有非常显著意义（P值均<0.01）。结论:血栓分子标志物的检测对DM病人高凝状态的诊断具有很高的临床指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the plasma level of thrombus molecular markers in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and to study its clinical significance. Method:ELISA method was used to detect the plasma Levels of von willebrand factor(vWF),6-K-PGFIα,TXB2,DH-TXB2,P-selectin,D-Dimer(D-D)and t-PA. Results: The plasma levels of vWF,TXB2,DH-TXE2,P-selectin,and D-D in DM group were higher than those of the control group and the levels of 6-K-PGFIα and t-PA in DM group were lower than those of the control group. A significant change of all indicators was observed except there were no significant statistical difference of 6-K-PGFIa and TXB2 in single DM group and the normal control group. Thee was a significant difference between single DM group and DM with complication group. Conclusion: The alteration of thrombus molecular markers would reveal a higher sensitivity for diagnosis of high coagulation state in DM patients.更多还原
