【Abstract】 In the overall view of human society, the requirements of the development of advanced productive forces include reforming and upgrading backward productive forces, and restructuring productive relations and the realm of the superstructure. The former means to develop productive forces, and the latter needs to widen the horizons and conditions for advanced productive forces; thus the two parts should be integrated in practice.
