【Abstract】 With the decrease of conventional barriers, technical barrier with more concealed forms is flourishing. After the entry of WTO, our country grasps the opportunities to expand export trade, further enhancing our overall strength, while developed countries’ "containment" strategy is working on by technical barrier.
