【Abstract】 This paper puts forward several measures for knowledgeintensive enterprises about how to optimize and use intellectual resources in knowledge economy. These methods include bringing the functions of disseminatingknowledge network into full play, strengthening the innovation of knowledge, the ability to absorb new techniques, the power to research and transform patents and scientific achievements, and improving the overall level of enterprises.
