【摘要】 《中华人民共和国著作权法》对保护作者著作权有了明确的规定 ,但是在出版领域 ,期刊社及其编辑侵犯作者著作权的事例屡屡发生 ,表现为侵犯作者的发表权、修改权、署名权和报酬权 ,这是比较突出的行业性侵权现象。鉴于此 ,要深入领会《著作权法》的内容和实质 ,充分认识侵权的严重性和危害性 ,认真把握好期刊编辑的权利范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although there are explicit warranted provisions for author’s copyright in the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, copyright torts often occur in publishing circles, such as infringing author’s rights for publication, modification, signature and remuneration by periodical offices or editors a prevalent trade delict. Therefore, we should have a deep study of the content and essence of the Copyright Law, fully recognize the harmfulness of torts, and seriously handle our rights in editing work.更多还原
