【Abstract】 To eliminate Japan’s militarism, Americans,after defeating Japan in WWII, adopted a series of reforming measures to establish a new system of market economy in Japan,which include dismembering consortiums,undertaking the reform of labor system,separating managers from owners, shifting enterprises’ management targets, etc. The changes caused by these measures have compulsory, integrating, liberating characteristics, hence exercise a great influence over Japanese enterprises.更多还原
