【Abstract】 As one part of the governmental profits from the land, the granting fee is supposed to be collected according to the distribution regularity of the graded profit. A regression analysis is maken on the granting fee standard in Chongqing and the model for the distribution of the graded granting fee in Chongqing is put forward.
