柑桔种子贮藏蛋白基因部分序列的克隆
Cloning of the Seed Storage Protein Gene in Citrus Sinensis cv.Jincheng
【摘要】 应用染色体步移技术从柑桔优良品种锦橙(Citrussinensiscv.Jincheng)的总DNA中获得一条长度为2054bp的片段.序列分析结果表明,该片段含有柑桔种子贮藏蛋白基因(citrin)的5 端部分序列,并且它与同一物种的伏令夏橙(C.sinensiscv.Valencia)的citrin是高度同源的.从而证明,已克隆并获得了锦橙种子贮藏蛋白基因的部分序列.
【Abstract】 5’-upstream region of the gene encoding seed storage protein in C. sinensis cv.Jincheng was isolated by using Genomic Walking and then sequenced. The amplification fragment is about 2 kb in length, its sequence was highly homologous to the seed storage protein gene of Citrus sinensis cv.Valencia. The result demonstrated that this sequence was a part of the seed storage protein gene of citrus.
