【Abstract】 With the progress of the social and the development of educational undertakings, the Physical Education curriculum can’t completely adapt to the needs of the times any more. By the contrastive analysis of the experiments and the analysis of the modern Physical Education curricula characteristics, the article aims at finding out some concrete measures, which can adapt to the modern P.E curriculum in the process Physical Education teaching.
