铁氰化钾罗丹明6G化学发光体系测定维脑路通
Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Determination of Troxerutin With Ferricyanide and Rhodamine 6G
【摘要】 铁氰化钾在碱性条件下能氧化维脑路通产生微弱化学发光,罗丹明6G能大大增强此发光.基于此,建立了一种直接测定维脑路通的流动注射化学发光方法.该方法线性范围为5 0×10-7~5 0×10-5g/mL,检出限为1 0×10-7g/mL,对1 0×10-6g/mL维脑路通溶液连续11次测量的相对标准偏差为2 5%.利用该方法对维脑路通注射液及片剂含量的测定,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) system for determination of Troxerutin was described. It was based on the CL reaction of ferricyanide with troxerutin in sodium hydroxide media sensitized by the fluorescent dye rhodamine 6G. The proposed procedure had a linear range of 50×10-7-50×10-5 g/mL, the detection limit was 10×10-7 with a RSD of 25% (10×10-6 g/mL, n=11). This method was sensitive, simple, rapid, and was successfully applied to determination of troxerutin in tablets and injections.
