杂交茎芥菜干物质和磷积累转运规律研究
A study on the rule of accumulation and transfer of dry matter and phosphorus in stem mustard hybrid
【摘要】 为弄清杂交茎芥菜干物质和磷积累规律,提出磷肥合理施用建议,采用了分期取样,化验分析,模型模拟的方法对茎芥菜杂交种JL92 3A×JL155干物质和磷积累及转运规律进行了研究,结果表明,茎芥菜各器官干物质和P积累符合Logistic生长曲线,其中干物质的旺盛积累期:茎为15 3~20 2叶龄,根为12 7~17 0叶龄,叶为12 6~16 9叶龄;P的旺盛积累期:茎为14 98~18 98叶龄,根为11 85~16 41叶龄,叶为12 3~15 94叶龄。各器官在干物质旺盛积累期积累干物质达65%以上,茎高达85 4%。各器官在P旺盛积累期积累的P高达65%以上。叶向茎转运的干物质达4 4%;转运的P达5 1%,提出了在茎芥菜杂交种生产上磷肥施用建议。
【Abstract】 To understand the rules of accumulation and transfer of dry matter and phosphorus in hybrid of stem mustard,B.juncea and to give suggestions for reasonable application of phosphorus fertilizer,trials were conducted by using collecting samples at different time,chemical analysis and model analysis with the stem mustard hybrid JL923A×JL155 as material.The result indicated that:the dry matter accumulation and P transfer of various organs fitted to the "Logistic" growth curve.The full accumulation stage of dry matter was at 153-203 leaf age for stem,127-170 leaf age for root and 12.6-16.9 leaf age for leaf.The accumulating peak period of phosphorus was at 14.98-18.98 leaf age for stem,1185-1641 leaf age for root and 1213-1594 leaf age for leaf.65?% of dry matter in organs were accumulated in full accumulation stage and as high as to 85.4?% in stem.65?% of P in various organs were accumulated in full accumulation stage.4.4?% of dry matter and 5.1?% of phosphorus were transferred from leaf to stem.Some suggestions for application of phosphorus fertilizer were given in this paper.
