【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性白内障后房型人工晶体植入术的手术时机、手术方式及临床效果。方法对3 4例 (3 4眼 )外伤性白内障进行回顾性分析。结果术后 3月裸眼视力 0 .0 5 -0 .2 5者 1 1例 ,占 3 2 .3 % ,0 .3 -0 .5者 1 4例 ,占 41 .2 % ,0 .6-1 .0者 9例 ,占 2 6.5 %。结论根据晶体外伤的情况选择手术时机和手术方式有利于改善患者术后视功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search the method, timing and the clinical efficacy for posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in traumatic cataract.Methods 34 eyes of 34 cases of traumatic cataract were retrospectively analyzed.Results 3 months after operation the naked eye vision were 0.05-0.25 in 11 eyes(32.3%),0.3-0.5 in 14 eyes(41.2%),0.6-1.0 in 9 eyes(26.5%).Conclusion To select the method and timing acording to the situation of the damaged lens could improve patient′s visual acuity.更多还原
