茵陈煎剂保肝作用机理的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究茵陈煎剂对实验性肝损伤大白鼠的保护作用及其机制。方法 采用急性CCl4肝损伤模型,实验设茵陈效剂大、中、小剂量试验组,对照组和正常组,观察各组大白鼠血浆中丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),山梨醇脱氢酶(SDH)活性变化。结果 茵陈煎剂三个剂量治疗组均能降低血MDA含量和SDH活性,增加SOD活性,减轻肝损伤程度,且有明显的量效关系。结论 茵陈煎剂具有良好的保护CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤的作用,其机理可能与抑制体内的过氧化反应有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the protective effect and mechanism of yinchen elixation on liver injury. Methods The rats model was established by intraabdominal injection of perchlormethane and treated with Yinchen elixation in different dosage. The SDH and SOD activities and MDA level in serum were measured. Results In treated groups the MDA level and SDH activity were obviously decreased but the SOD activity was increased , and the relieve degree of liver injury showed a remarkable dose-relationship. Conclusion Yinchen elixation has good protective effect on rat with acute liver injury by perchlormethane, the effect is associated with the dosage. The mechanism is probably relating to its inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.
