【摘要】 目的 :心肌梗死是局部心肌缺血引起 ,通常只累及左心室 ,本文探讨多普勒超声心动图 (DE)检测心肌作功指数(MPI)评价左室功能的应用价值。方法 :采用DE测定陈旧性心肌梗死患者 4 3例与正常对照组 35例的左室射血分数(LVEF)、等容舒张时间 (IRT)、等容收缩时间 /射血时间 (ICT/ET)计算心肌作功指数 (MPI) ,MPI=ICT +IRT/ET。结果 :MPI心梗组为 0 5 8± 0 19,对照组为 0 36± 0 12 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著意义。结论 :MPI是综合评价左室功能简便的方法。尤其对M -型超声心动图检查心内膜显示不清和心脏透声不良者该方法不失为一种有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Myocardial infarction is the death of a segment of heart muscle which follows interruption of its blood supply and is usually confined to the left ventricle.This paper was to explore the value of myocardial performance index (MPI) derived from Doppler echocardiogram (DE) in assessing left ventricular (LV) function. Methods: MPI in 43 patients with old myocardial infarction and 35 normal adults was accordingly drawn out through separate determination of LV ejection fraction(LVEF), isovolumetric relaxation time (IRT), isovolumetric contraction time (ICT) and ejection time( ET). MPI=(ICT+IRT)/ET.Results:The mean value of MPI 0.58±0.19 in patients was significantly higher than that of controls 0.36±0.12( P <0.05). Conclusion: MPI is a safe, painless and reliable method to comprehensively evaluate the LV function, especially valuable for patients with unclear endocardium and poor travel of sound wave showed by M-mode echocardiogram.更多还原
