【摘要】 目的 :观察月见草油对高脂高胆固醇大鼠血脂的调节作用 ,为治疗高脂血症中药的开发提供资料。方法 :Wistar大鼠 5 0只按体重分为生理盐水组、高脂高胆固醇组 ,月见草油组按剂量分别为低剂量组 (2 5ml/kg)、中剂量组 (5ml/kg)、高剂量组 (10ml/kg)。每组 10只 ,分别于实验后第 30d测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)及高密度脂蛋白C(HDL -C)、HDL -C/TC比值、动脉硬化指数 (AI)。结果 :与高血脂组相比 ,月见草油各组大鼠血清TC含量显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HDL -C含量显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HDL -C/TC比值显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,AI值显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,本试验未见受试物对TG有影响。结论 :月见草油具有调节血脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the pharmacological action of Oenothera biennis seed oil on blood lipids regulation in rats and to offer the background for developing new traditional Chinese medicine for patients with hyperlipemia.Methods:Based on body weight,50 Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups(10 rats for each),namely:control(normal saline)group,hyperlipemia(high fat food)group,and 3 experimental groups including low dosage oil group (2.5ml/kg), median dosage oil group(5ml/kg)and high dosage oil group(10ml/kg).On day 30 after experiment onset,the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),HDL-C/TC and arteriosclerotic index(AI) were determined following the instruction attached to the respective kits.Results:Compared with hyperlipemia positive control group fed with high fat food only,serum TC and AI were significantly decreased( P <0.05),HDL-C/TC was significantly increased( P <0.05)in experimental groups,no effect on serun TG was observed.Conclusion:The Oenothera biennis seed oil possesses the pharmacological action on blood lipids regulation.更多还原
