Fe/C微电解法处理压裂废水的研究
TREATMENT OF FRACTURING FLUID WASTE WATER BY Fe/C MICRO-ELECTROLYSIS PROCESS
【摘要】 首次将Fe/C微电解用于处理混凝后的压裂废水 ,分别考察了微电解 pH值、停留时间、Fe/C体积比、铁屑粒度、氯化铵加量对Fe/C微电解的影响程度 ,并通过计算确定了铁屑消耗量。实验结果表明 ,在 pH值为 2 ,停留时间取 2 5min ,Fe/C体积比为 1~ 1.5 ,铁屑粒度为 6 0~ 80目 ,氯化铵加量为 10 0 0mg/L时 ,经过Fe/C微电解 ,压裂废水色度去除率接近 10 0 % ,COD去除率可达 5 8% ,处理每方压裂废水消耗铁屑约 0 .2 8kg。
【Abstract】 This is the first time that fracturing fluid waste water after coagulation has been treated by Fe/C micro-electrolysis process, and four factors, namely pH value, detention time, Fe/C volumetric ratio, grain size of scrap iron, dose of ammonium chloride (NH 4CI) have been studied. By calculation, the consume of the scrap iron has been determined. Results show that removal rate of color is nearly 100%, removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) arrives at 58%, the consume of the scrap iron is 0.28?kg/m~3, while pH value is 2, detention time is 25 minutes, Fe/C volumetric ratio is 1-1.5, iron grain is 60-80 mesh, adding content of NH 4CI is 1?000?mg/L.
