【摘要】 石油勘探开发建设项目评价是石油勘探开发建设项目管理的重要内容之一 ,也是提高项目决策科学性的一个重要环节。首先分析了石油勘探开发建设项目评价的理论和方法 ,然后从项目前评价、项目中评价、项目后评价、技改项目评价四部分讨论了项目评价的基本内容 ,并在此基础上构建出了新的项目评价系统。指出 :新的项目评价系统与传统的评价系统[1 ] 的最大区别在于增加了项目中评价内容 ,并且对其它大、中型建设项目也是适用的更多还原

【Abstract】 The assessment of the project is one of the important parts in the management of the petroleum exploration & exploitation construction project. It is also an important one in improving the scientific decision making of the project. The paper first analyzed the theories and methods of the assessment of the petroleum exploration & exploitation construction project. Then it further dealt with the basis of the assessment of the project from the four sections as the pre assessment of the project, ongoing assessment of the project, post assessment of the project and the assessment of the technological renovation project, on which a new project assessment system was established. In contrast to the traditional one, as pointed out in the paper, the new system was added with the ongoing assessment of the project. Furthermore, the new assessment system is also applicable to other big and medium sized construction project.更多还原
