印度改良木豆在江西的试种及开发应用前景研究

【摘要】 各地的试种观察表明,印度改良木豆品种抗旱性强,耐高温和贫瘠,在江西省种植均可完成1个世代周期,正常年份,赣南可以越冬;前期生长慢,后期生长快,根深叶茂,鲜草产量高,籽粒产量高的可达2 000 kg/hm2以上;籽粒营养丰富,既可作蔬菜鲜食,也可晒干后煮食或炒食,还可加工成其他食品;木豆的茎叶是很好的饲料和肥料,干茎秆也是好的燃料;木豆的水保和改土效果也十分明显;但其抗寒性和耐渍性较差,虫害严重。最后分析和探讨了其开发利用途径和前景、存在问题及今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Seventeen improved varieties of pigeon pea (Cajannus cajan (Linn,) Millsp) introduced from India were trial-grown in Ganzhou of China’s Jiangxi Province in 1998 and 1999. They completed one generation and over-wintered successfully in normal years. They appeared highly resistant to drought, high temperature and barrenness. The crops grew slowly in the early growing period and fast in later stages. With deep roots and profuse leaves, the plants gave high yields of fresh grass and seed. The planting of pigeon pea is good for water conservation and soil amelioration, but the crop invites insect pests and is poor in hardiness and water-logging tolerance. The possible approaches for its development and utilization in China are discussed.
