【摘要】 划分土地开发整理区是开展"土地开发整理规划"的重点和核心。土地开发整理分区实际上是土地开发整理类型的聚类划界,兼有分类和分区两方面的特征。以开县作为三峡库区县的研究样本,提出了划分土地开发整理区的原则与依据,并在借鉴自然地理区划方法的基础上,总结出应结合运用叠置法和主导标志法来划分土地开发整理区,并介绍了该方法在开县的土地开发整理分区方案中的具体运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dividing land development and consolidation area is the focal point and core in land development and consolidation planning. Land development and consolidation areas, characterized by classification and zoning, are in fact the cluster demarcation of types of land development and consolidation. Taking Kaixian County as a case study of the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area, this paper presents the principles and foundations of dividing land development and consolidation areas, recommends the overlapping method and leading mark method as the division methods, and describes the land development and consolidation division program of Kaixian County. 更多还原
