低磷胁迫对大麦内源激素的影响
INFLUENCES OF P DEFICIENCY STRESS ON ENDOGENOUS HORMONES IN BARLEY
【摘要】 用液培方法研究了不同浓度磷胁迫对大麦根系生长及植株内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,随着介质磷水平的降低,大麦根长、根/冠比及根和叶中生长素(IAA)含量均增加,细胞分裂素(iPA)含量则随之减小;随着胁迫时间的延长,植株根和叶中IAA含量增大而iPA含量则减小,在胁迫初期赤霉素(GA3)含量提高比较大,脱落酸(ABA)变化不明显。在低磷环境中大麦IAA,GA3浓度提高、iPA浓度降低后,根长、根/冠比明显增加,表明大麦根系变化与体内IAA,iPA,GA3含量关系密切。
【Abstract】 Solution culture was used to evaluate the effects of P stress at different concentrations on the growth of the root system of barley and on the endogenous hormone levels in the plant. Root length, root/shoot ration and IAA in the root and leaves of the plant increased and iPA content decreased with the decrease in P concentration in the medium. With the same P concentration, IAA was enhanced and iPA declined with the duration of P stress. GA3 concentration increased considerably but ABA showed little variation at the early stage of P stress. Such results suggest that the effects of P stress on the growth of barley may be associated with the changes of endogenous hormones in the plants.
