【Abstract】 There are changes in two aspects of clinical medication and interaction of drugs in clinic treatment of animal medical science, one is pharmacodynamics, the other is pharmacokinetics. These changes are related to not only mutual function among drugs used in clinic, but also interactional circumstance of body, namely is absorption, metabolism, excretion etc. It has very important significance to recognize the mutual function among drugs and the relation of changes of functionary circumstance of drugs, which can direct clinic veterinary to prescript correctly, then to strengthen currative effect of drugs and reduce toxicity of drugs.更多还原
